Bleakholt AS - Caring For Those Who Have No One

With all of this rain lately, I was thinking of ways of how to cheer up some of our animals. So I went down to see on eof our resident donkeys, Callum and I thought I'd cheer him up with a few donkey jokes! Here's how i got on...............

....................I told him this one first. A donkey had an IQ of 186. He had no friends at all though........... Even in the animal kingdom, nobody likes a smart-ass.

 

So I told him this one next: Two donkeys walk into a bar and the first donkey says to the bartender "I'll have a pint of Bud please" and the second donkey says "hee haw, hee haw, he always orders that"

And that's how I cheered up Callum! Hehe.

New arrival,Gary Sparrow joins the ranks on the dog section, Sarah our very own puppy trainer is even finding this one hard to train, her most difficult case to date. Even though he's lovely  Sarah feels he's struggling to settle to his new enviroment so Sarah has decided to take him under her wing and become a full time mum.

Bracken and Randy are two of our younger horses here at the sanctuary and they live together, play together and occassionally have a little play fight together.

Bracken this time has had enough and demonstrates to Randy that "You won't like me when i'm angry" just look at my eyes and nose!
