COVID-19 UPDATE – Please note that as we have had to close, we will not be able to admit any animals for the time being except in a welfare emergency. This saddens us, but for everyone’s sake, we felt it was exactly the right thing to do.
We regret that our cat section is usually full to capacity and we normally have a long waiting list for admissions. If you need to rehome your cat please fill in the Cat Admission Form below and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org We will add your name to the waiting list and contact you only when a space becomes available when we may need more information before taking your cat in.
When admitting a cat, a donation towards the cost of looking after our animals is always very much appreciated.
As with all our animals we do have a waiting list. Please contact the Sanctuary by email at email@example.com with a detailed request about the animal. We will then be able to advise you whether we can accomodate the animal, but please note that we can only accept domesticated small animals and not those from the wild. If it is an emergency, i.e. an injured animal, you could also call us on 01706 822577.
We usually have a waiting list for dog admissions. Before we admit a dog we do a behavioural/temperament test with the dog to ensure they are suitable for re-homing. This means you will need to ring us on 01706 822577 when you will be asked some basic questions. You will also need to arrange an appointment with us for the assessment which you can do at the same time.
Assuming the dog passes the assessment, we would then place your dog on our waiting list. We will only be able to take the dog in when we have the room and it is not possible to say how long the wait would be. Please download a copy of the Dog Admission form below and bring it with you to the assessment. Please do NOT post the form as we only require this when you bring your dog to us for the assessment.
Please note that if a dog is not suitable for re-homing we regret that we will not be able to accept your pet.
