Lola is a lovely quiet girl who came to us as a stray with some of her relatives from a neighbour who was feeding them all. After her arrival at Bleakholt, she gave birth to three babies who sadly passed away soon after. Understandably, she is not only missing her babies, she is missing the life she could have lived if she had a loving home and a family to share it with. She should be fine to live with a compatible feline friend in the future, but due to her occasional timid nature, we feel she will be happier in a home without any dogs. To be able to stick to her roots, she would need outdoor access once settled into her new home.

Hollywood is a gentle little girl who joined us after her original family moved houses. True to her glamorous name, she’s a sweet lady who thrives in an environment where she can take her time to settle in and feel truly at home. We’re searching for a family who can offer her the patience and love she needs before opening up to new people. Once she’s comfortable, she would enjoy some outdoor time. Hollywood would do best in a home without other pets and with older, cat savvy children aged 10 years and older who will understand that there may be times where she’d prefer to be left alone.

Douglas was brought to us after his owner had to go into care following illness. He is a shy younger boy at first, but then once he knows you can offer a cuddle, he’ll sit on your lap and be your best friend. We are unsure of how he is around other cats and dogs, however due to his loving nature, we think he wouldn’t mind a friend. Douglas is looking for a home with older kids (ages 11+) which can offer outdoor access to come and to as he pleases.
