Project Description

This is Britney. She is around 7 months old and was found abandoned near a reservoir. She is a small cross breed with seal point colouring. She has recently been neutered and is fit and well, has a very inquisitive nature and is good for being handled. She will need secure accommodation as she is still small and could be prey to cats or large birds. She may be best initially indoors over the winter then will be fine to move outdoors when the weather improves. Britney could be rehomed with sensible children and would be best as a companion to a neutered male of a similar size and temperament. Bonding both rabbits should be slow and occur over the course of a few weeks as she has been living on her own most of her life. She will also be microchipped before re-homing with free registration, adopters also receive 4 weeks free Petplan insurance cover for both rabbits. Applications are through the on-line form and we will get back to you A.S.A.P. We are open Thu, Fri, Sat and Sunday to visitors 11am till 4pm or if you are interested in re-homing you can also arrange to meet them outside these days by contacting us on farm@bleakholt.org
