Heavy machinery was brought into us as a stray. He was unwell so had spent some time in our isolation unit, but he is now fully recovered and is looking for his forever home. He is an extremely timid lad who definitely needs some reassurance! He is a lovely boy who enjoys gentle head strokes, and needs his new owner to take a chance on him and allow him the time he needs to feel safe. He needs a home with teenage children or adults only who understands it won’t be an easy process getting him to settle. We don’t think Heavy Machinery will cope too well with a canine companion and because he is a carrier for calici virus as well as the only feline in his new home. This also means he would have to be kept as a house cat, given how timid he is, we don’t think he’d mind. This big man was rehomed for a short period, but unfortunately had to be returned s he was struggling to settle in.
