This little man is Bobby, a 10-year-old J/R x Shih-tzu.
Bobby is a very sweet boy but we don’t know that much about him due to his owner sadly passing away.
Due to the lack of history we will not re-home him with children under 13-years-old.
Bobby would make a wonderful companion for a retired person or couple and we are looking to re-home him as the only pet.
Sadly Bobby has had a mass and we have removed it, but we aren’t sure if it will return, Bobby doesn’t let this slow him down, he is active and loves a good walk.

Hi, my name is Benji and I am a 15-year-old Yorkie. I came to Bleakholt as my owner passed away.
I am deaf and have a fatty lump on my chest. I also have arthritis in my front right leg which means short walks are best for me.
I am good with other animals and can live with dogs and cats.
I have also been around children so I am a good candidate for most homes.

Meet Bruno,

Bruno is a very affectionate boy who can be a little nervous when first meeting new people, but once he feels comfortable, he soon comes out of his shell and loves being around you.

He has lots of energy and is very playful, so he is looking for an active home where he can enjoy plenty of exercise and fun. Bruno is also a very strong boy and a similar size to an American bulldog so will need someone confident handling him. He is sociable when passing other dogs on walks and could be rehomed with older teenagers.

We don’t have any background information on Bruno, so he will need a patient and understanding home where he can settle in at his own pace.

Marshall has come into our care through no fault of his own.

Marshall has come from a family with children.

He is incredibly loving and loves to give cuddles despite him being a chunky boy.

Marshall is very sweet but is a bit cautious/curious around other unknown dogs.

We feel Marshall will need to be rehomed to a lovely person, couple or family who have children over the age of 8.

You will need to have just as much energy as Marshall as he love his walks and getting out and about.

When left, he will have a little cry if left on his own for too long so he needs a home where he will get lots of attention.

Marshall is a delight to walk, he loves rolling around in long grass but does love to stop and sniff everything on his way.

Marshall is overall just a bundle of joy who will climb into your lap for a cuddle and just wants a place next to the fire of a home he can call he own.
