This is Sheba. Unfortunately Sheba has been returned to us due to her being to strong. Sheba is lovely girl, but very behind with her training. She needs a family that is active and happy to do training classes or implement your own techniques and consistency is vital. So a home with people with the time to do this is really important. she is not house trained as never lived in a home environment. Sheba can be rehomed to a family with older children 12+ and a home with no other animals. Sheba can pull on the lead when something catches her attention, but generally she is happy to walk and not pay much attention to other dogs etc…. she is a clever girl and caches on very quickly. This gorgeous boy is Bruno; he is a 3 year old English bulldog. Bruno came in to Bleakholt via another organisation, we therefore have very little information regarding his life prior to coming in to rescue but we do know he is friendly with people has been fine around dogs while on walks and does this boy love his walks! He is active, energetic and at times boisterous, he is very playful, especially with footballs. Due to limited information, we feel a pet free home would suit Bruno’s needs best. He would make a brilliant companion for a single person, a couple or a family with teenagers who are used to dogs. Lucky is 2-year-old Pomeranian-Frenchie cross with big personality and even bigger heart. she is full of energy, loves to play, and enjoy nothing more than chasing round the garden, she is very nervous and anxious around new people, and will therefore need several meets to get to know you,

She can be quite vocal, around other dogs, especially when excited, and will thrive in a home that can match her lively spirit. She could potentially live with teenagers upwards.
she will need an experienced owner with time and patience to teach Lucky some basics and confidence.

This lovey lady is Roxy she has found herself with us here at Bleakholt after being handed in as a stray. She is a 7 year old shar pei nothing is known of her history, she is being assessed at the moment and proven to be a really lovely girl. Initially she can be shy but once she gets to know you she is a really friendly little lady. We are currently still working on harnessing her so only using a slip lead at the moment which she is still shy of being put over her head. Because we have no history she is not suitable to be rehomed with children under 16 yrs and experienced with shar pei’s would be a plus. Roxy is doing amazing and loving her walks and is no trouble to harness up. She could be rehomed with dog savvy teenage children 13 +
