Cheddar came to Bleakholt with his feline friend, Jesse because their owners could no longer provide the care they deserved due to the arrival of their new baby. They are not particularly bonded, so do not need to be rehomed together again in the future, but certainly can be if someone was interested. Cheddar is a shy boy who takes some time to come round to new people in new places, but once he does, he is worth it! He loves his belly rubs and head kisses! Cheddar requires a home with cat savvy children aged 8 years and older who will understand that he will need some time to warm up beforehand. He hasn’t shown any negative reactions towards the other cats since being with us, so should be fine to live with a compatible feline friend in the future. He has also previously lived with a dog so should be fine to live with a quiet, cat friendly dog too. Cheddar was previously kept as an indoor cat, but can venture outside if he chooses to in the future.

She has also previously lived with a dog so should be fine to live with a quiet, cat friendly dog too. Tiggy came to us after her owner was unable to care for her anymore due to an accident, She would suit a quiet home with cat savvy children aged 8 years and older, where she can be the centre of attention and pampered like the true princess she is. She hasn’t shown any negative reactions towards the other cats since being with us, so should be fine to live with a compatible feline friend in the future. Once fully settled into her new home, Tiggy will require outdoor access as this is what she is used to.

Baby and Bear are a bonded pair who came into us due the owners allergies towards them. They are both playful and friendly, Baby is quite independent whereas Bear is described as a loving lap cat. Although not related Baby looks out for Bear and treats him like her son, so the previous owners told us. The pair are looking for a home where they are the only pets as they haven’t been around other animals apart from each other. They haven’t been around young children previously either so we think a home with no young children would be best. Although Baby and Bear have been kept as house cats prior to coming into us, they are young and we think they should have the option to go outside to explore in their new home so they would need to be homed away from any main roads.
