Project Description
Moonie is a chunky boy who was brought to Bleakholt from a vets after being taken to them as an injured stray. He suffers with radial nerve paralysis on his left forearm and so can struggle to move around on the limb. After suggesting possibly amputating the leg, the vets explained how much he has improved since being on the treatment and they felt amputation wasn’t in his best interest at the time. Since being with us, Moonie can occasionally have a slight limp but overall does not affect him. We have little history on Moonie, but he hasn’t shown any negative reactions towards other cats since being with us, so should be fine to live with a compatible feline friend in the future. We feel a family home with cat savvy children aged 5 years and older will be ideal for this big boy! Once fully settled, we believe he would benefit from having the option to go outdoors.
