Muffin Man was brought to Bleakholt through no fault of his own after his previous owners work commitments became too much for him to cope with. Muffin simply wasn’t getting the care and attention he deserved, so his owner had to make the heart breaking decision to give him up. He is a sweet boy who just wants attention all the time! He doesn’t react to the other cats here, so should be fine to live with a compatible feline friend in the future. Muffin does have a history of overgrooming – this is often a reaction to feeling stressed, for this reason, we feel a calmer home with cat savvy children aged 8 years and older will be ideal for him. We have put him on a supplement called Zylkene which will help calm him a bit. Once fully settled, Muffin will require outdoor access as this is what he is used to.
