Domino and Penelope are a female bonded pair, we don’t have any information on their background as both were found on a School playing field. We think these two may be mother and daughter, with Domino, the larger of the two, being the mother. They get on well together, though Domino (on the right) is dominant over Penelope but not to an extent that is a cause for concern. Both have very nice English markings, both are very active and full of life. They have not spent much time with people so will need some time and patience to settle into a new home. These two would probably be best suited to an outdoor setting with a large secure enclosure for them. Currently they would not be suitable for very young children to handle but older children and adults will be fine. These two can be re-homed with vouchers for free neutering, we have not neutered them yet as we are unsure of their neuter status being found as stray, but they can be done should this prove necessary. Both are vaccinated and will be microchipped before re-homing with registration. New owners will also receive 4 weeks free pet plan cover on adoption. We believe Matthew and Mark are brothers, both born sometime in July 2024, and we are re-homing them as a pair. Matthew has a grey coat and Mark is black. Both have short coats and both are small/medium sized rabbits. They came to us after they were found abandoned on the Pennine moors, they were part of a group of 10 rabbits found left in a small cage there. Both are fit and well, have gentle natures but are still a little timid of being handled. They get on well together, like to rest side by side and both are clean in their living area. Both have now been neutered and vaccinated. These will need secure accommodation as they are still small and could be prey to cats or large birds. They may be best initially indoors over the winter then will be fine to move outdoors when the weather improves. These two would love a second chance in a loving home, ideally with an experienced owner who has time to spend with them. The more time spent with them at this age will help accustom them to human contact. These 2 would not be best suited to young children as they are still jumpy when handled. Both will also be microchipped before re-homing with free registration, adopters also receive 4 weeks free petplan insurance cover for both rabbits. Yule is a male Guinea pig who’s only around 10 months old. Yule came to us as his owner was unwell and unable to keep him. Yule is a crested Guinea pig, he’s small for a male guinea pig and is quite timid of people currently. We would like to re-home him to live with some Guinea pig company, ideally another placid male. They will need careful bonding and contact between a divider or living side by side but in separate areas is also an option for him. He will need indoor accommodation but will enjoy sometime outdoors in the warmer weather. Guinea pigs can make great pets with the right set up and a little patience.
