Project Description
Meet Scream-cheese, the cat with the personality as big as his name! This chatty lad was brought in as a stray back in September 2024, and boy, does he have a lot to say. With his Bengal-like energy and vocals, Scream-cheese will keep you entertained 24/7 – whether that be by jumping on your shoulder whilst you’re on the phone, or even just running from one side of the room to the other (with absolutely no thought between his eyes at all). He’s affectionate, needy, and loves being around people (and is a definite favourite at the cat section!). Ideal for a family with children aged 8+ who can help him burn off some of that excitable energy. Scream Cheese loves his cat nip and climbing posts with all his heart. Unfortunately, Scream cheese was very unwell when he first came to us, hence his long stay at the sanctuary. Now back to full health, Scream Cheese required a strict ID diet for the foreseeable. Due to his previous illness, he also periodically can have an upset stomach and have bouts of diarrhoea – this is due to damage and will likely be a normal body function for Scream for the foreseeable. Sometimes with the sudden belly ache he rushes to get to the toilet but he may not get there on time so sometimes misses a little bit! Because his next home will need to monitor his stools and what he eats, in addition to his breed – he will need to be kept inside as a housecat.
It is vital all applicants are aware of his irregular bowl movements and are willing to take on the responsibility, as well as his playful, Bengal energy. We will only reply to applications if we feel they are ideal for Scream Cheese and meet his requirements.
