Mimi came in with her kitten and another cat as their owners didn’t have enough time for them. Mimi was a little shy at first but she has found her feet and loves to tell staff if they are taking too long with her breakfast! Mimi can be a little growly but we have since discovered this is how she talks to you- we’re not even sure if she’s aware of the noises she makes! We think she would be fine to live with children ages 8+ however we are unsure on her reaction towards dogs. Mimi has lived in a pen with other cats, however we think she would prefer to be the only cat in her new home so she can be centre of attention. Once settled, Mimi would love access to the outside, as this is what shes used to. We are currently in the process of litter training Mimi, but she is doing really well and this can be continued in the home.

Lily was brought into us through no fault of her own as her owners were struggling to cope. She’s a timid girl and takes some time to warm up, however she’s worth the wait as she can be the sweetest girl! Since being with us, Lily has expressed her dislike towards other cats so will need to be the only one in her new home. She likes to be centre of attention so being the only pet would be ideal for this princess! Due to her being so timid to begin with, we think it’s best if she goes to a home with cat savvy 10 year olds and older so she can be given all the time she needs to settle in. Once fully settled Lily will need access to the outdoors.

Nelson was brought into us after his owner died and the family didn’t want him. He’s a sweet boy who loves a good fuss. He is currently in a pen with another cat and hasn’t shown any negative signs so may be able to live with a compatible feline friend in the future, however we are unsure how he’ll react towards dogs. We think Nelson would make a great family pet! A home with children aged 5 years and older to give him all the attention he wants will be ideal for this handsome man! Once fully settled into his new home, Nelson will require outdoor access so he can explore until his heart’s content <3

Michael is a handsome boy who is a bit timid at the moment and needs a helping hand to come out of his shell. Michael has been a stray since he was a kitten but was fed by a lady for the last 3 years in her back garden after her neighbours cats kept breeding. With him being a stray, he hasn’t had any human interaction so is extremely frightened whenever any staff go near him; but we are occasionally able to stroke him now! We have been told that Michael is okay with other cats and children over 14 years old but he has never been around a dog before, but we will monitor this further whilst he’s with us. We are still learning what kind of home environment will suit Michael best, although he will definitely need outdoor access once fully settled in his new home.
