Yumi and Rumi came to us after initially being found as strays. On first arrival, they were extremely scared and unsure to trust, but now, whilst still a little unsure at begin with, soon come around and the purring begins! We are looking for a quiet home for these two lovely ladies to settle into. The girls enjoy their dinner times and love to play with their toys. Yumi and Rumi could live with a compatible feline but we don’t think they’d be a fan of any dogs. Children over seven years old may be ok. Once settled, the girls would appreciate access outdoors.

Topaz is a cheeky little fella who has grown up in foster with his mum and siblings. His mum was pregnant when she came to us then gave birth in the home of her lovely fosterers. He’s a typical playful kitten with plenty of love to give. Topaz would suit most home environments including with children over five years and/or other pets. Once neutered and settled, he will require outdoor access.

Mario and Luigi are a bonded pair who came to Bleakholt through no fault of their own. They were originally part of an unplanned litter that were rehomed but for some unknown reason ended up being dumped back on the doorstep of their first home. The other cats in the house would not accept them back in and so they ended up here. Mario is the more confident of the pair whilst Luigi takes slightly longer to come round. It is almost like he watches his brother for guidance! The boys have been fine with other cats since being with us so should be fine to live with a compatible feline friend in the future. We are unsure on their reaction towards dogs at this stage. A loving family home with children aged 8 years and older would be ideal for these beautiful boys. Luigi was previously skittish about going outside, but they will benefit from having the option again in their new home.

Cheddar came to Bleakholt with his feline friend, Jesse because their owners could no longer provide the care they deserved due to the arrival of their new baby. They are not particularly bonded, so do not need to be rehomed together again in the future, but certainly can be if someone was interested. Cheddar is a shy boy who takes some time to come round to new people in new places, but once he does, he is worth it! He loves his belly rubs and head kisses! Cheddar requires a home with cat savvy children aged 8 years and older who will understand that he will need some time to warm up beforehand. He hasn’t shown any negative reactions towards the other cats since being with us, so should be fine to live with a compatible feline friend in the future. He has also previously lived with a dog so should be fine to live with a quiet, cat friendly dog too. Cheddar was previously kept as an indoor cat, but can venture outside if he chooses to in the future.
