Project Description

William is a very handsome neutered male Dutch rabbit, he was born in February 2024. William came to us as a welfare case with a large wound on his abdomen. This has been treated, is all healed and he requires no more treatment. William is fit and well, we’ve had no issues when handling him and once he trusts you he is friendly. William will need a little time to settle as he has had quite a bit of vet treatment and medication so he will need to learn to trust his owner. A quiet home would be best with someone experienced with rabbits. He would not be suited to very young children but older children should be fine. We would like to re-home him as a partner for another rabbit ideally a neutered female or placid neutered male. Adopters will need separate temporary accommodation while bonding William with their rabbit. He will be microchipped before re-homing with registration and our rabbits are also re-homed with 4 weeks free pet plan insurance cover. Applications are through the on line form and we will get back to you A.S.A.P. We are open Thu, Fri, Sat and Sunday to visitors 11am till 4pm or if you are interested in re-homing him you can also arrange to meet him outside these days by contacting us on farm@bleakholt.org
